To help us respond quickly, please include:

• Your full name

• The email address linked to your GESA Grants Portal account

• The name of the grant you're applying for (if applicable)

Trouble Logging In or Resetting Your Password?

• Use the Lost password link on the login page 

• Ensure that you are using the email address you registered with

  • If you wish to change the email address linked to your account, contact us via email

• Check your spam or junk folder  if you do not recieve the reset email

  • Reset emails may take a couple minutes to be sent 

If you're still unable to log in to your account, please contact us via email. 

About Grant Applications 

• Once an application is finalised, it cannot be edited

• Applications close automatically at the published deadline 

• We do not offer extensions after the application deadline

Past GESA Grants

Need to submit a completion report, invoice, or other deliverable for a past GESA grant? Please email researchcommittee@gesa.org.au with the subject line "Past GESA Grant", followed by the type of submission.
